When working hard to meet a client deadline, you need good help at your beck and call. Bionic’s new live chat support service gives you direct access to Bionic’s support team in real-time. Quickly get answers to questions or advice on thorny issues right in your media planning and buying software.
Starting a chat is easy. While logged into Bionic, click the chat button in the bottom right, and type a message in the window to start a session. It functions like any other popular messaging app.

When live chat is unavailable the button switches to “Leave a Message.” Requests sent during this time will be automatically routed to the support queue to be handled as soon as someone is available.
Phone and email support aren’t going anywhere
This new live chat support is in addition to the telephone and email support already available. Phone and email support will remain as ready to help as ever.
