However, we believe that you should only pay for software that meets your needs. That’s why when you sign up for Bionic, you get a satisfaction guarantee.

When you choose Bionic for Agencies, you get a money-back satisfaction guarantee.

If you decide to cancel during your Validation Period, there’s no cost to you. We’ll happily refund any payments you’ve made. If there are any outstanding invoices, we’ll shred them. No worries!

In simple terms, giving Bionic a try is like enjoying a free trial, because if it’s not for you, you won’t pay a thing.

Easy Out

You can also cancel any time during your Onboarding Period.

If you cancel during your Validation Period, you owe us nothing as mentioned above.

If you cancel after your Validation Period, you only owe us for the time you’ve had access to the system… nothing more.
