With any new tool, you have to be properly trained to get the most from it. You can now track your team’s media planning and media buying training progress directly inside Bionic for Agencies.
This new feature gives you an easy way to see who on your team has completed core training, who’s in progress, and how well the team is trained overall.
Do You Know Who is Properly Trained?
Advertising agencies often have a difficult time ensuring employees get the training they need to perform their job functions. Before this update, there wasn’t an easy way for you to see which of your team members have been properly trained.
You had to ask around or rely on individuals to report their progress, which made it hard to measure adoption or plan next steps in team training.
See Who’s Certified
You can now view each user’s training status in the Administration area of Bionic.

Each user’s training certifications appear as badges with progress bars that show completion percentage of core certifications, including:
- Media Planning Professional Certification
- Media Planning Expert Certification
- Media Buying Professional Certification
Hover over a badge to see the certification name and check the summary row at the bottom for overall team completion.
This gives you a clear view of learning progress without needing to leave the platform or request separate reports.

With certification tracking built into Bionic, you can:
- See who’s properly trained and certified, and who needs more training.
- Track learning and adoption across the organization
- Recognize and reward trained team members
- Encourage completion of free Bionic Academy certifications
